So far we’ve saved the equivalent of roughly 70t CO2 emissions from our three solar PV schemes, equal to growing 1,000 tree saplings for 10 years. This doesn’t include the CO2 emissions avoided via our Community Benefit Fund, via LED efficient lighting in community buildings.
We’re really pleased to announce four more recipients of our Community Benefit Fund who share £5,000 to install energy efficient lighting, helping to reduce their bills and avoid CO2 emissions: Cheshire Halton and Warrington Race Equality Centre, Dodleston Village Foundation, Neuro Therapy Centre, Tarporley Community Centre.

CCEL have now accomplished the installation of LED lighting for the board of trustees at Guilden Sutton Village Hall. The installation delivers considerably more brightness and visibility whilst reducing the energy needs of the village hall.
